Same day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, with FREE Delivery on all orders over £200
The majority of orders are booked on a next working day delivery service, we use RoyalMail24 for smaller orders and APC Overnight for larger order, please do allow 1-3 days for delivery if you haven’t received your orders by then then please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.
If you require a weekend or AM delivery slot please contact us before ordering and we can arrange this with you.
While we do our best to dispatch all items on time deliveries do get delayed and this is outside of our control, for example, adverse weather conditions, traffic collisions, staff illness etc. If we are able to, we will advise you of any delays and keep you updated with the status of your delivery.
It is also essential that any additional shipping information is provided to make sure your items are delivered promptly, i.e. phone number, correct email address etc.
